I’ve been enjoying the homesteading book group hosted by Ross Roost over on Facebook so much that I started thinking about all those books that I have as resources and how they are mostly untouched. Plus I used to be pretty consistent with posting my currently reading stack of books on instagram, that I thought I would start a homesteading book review of sorts. I’d like to read through my resource collection and then post a review and what I’ve learned from the books here. So here are the first few books I’ll read and then review. From the top: at home with Magnolia by Allysa Torey;  The Country Almanac of Home Remedies by Brigitte Mars and Chrystle Fiedler; Practical Organic Gardening by Mark Highland (our current book selection in the homesteading book group mentioned above); Carrots Love Tomatoes by Louise Riotte; and The Knitters Book of Yarn by Clara Parkes. I can’t wait to start reading, learning, and then sharing these resources with you all! Stay tuned.
